To maintain market order and protect the rights and interests of our global customers, RLG Docking Systems Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby issues this official statement regarding the Company's product lines, global distribution rights, and legal entity status:

• Independence of Legal Entity: The Company is an independent legal entity. Any contracts signed, statements made, or business actions taken by "RLG (Chengdu) Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Company"), a joint venture between Chengdu Siyuan Company and the Company, shall not have any legal effect on the Company without the official written authorization of the Company, and the Company shall bear no legal liability therefrom.

• Ownership of Core Product Line: The "206 Series" Advanced Visual Docking Guidance System (A-VDGS) developed by the Company is the standard core product solely and legally owned by the Company, built upon proven, mature technology under our comprehensive quality control. The Company accepts full responsibility for global technical support, after-sales maintenance, and intellectual property rights concerning the "206 Series."

• Position on Chengdu Company's Products: Any products independently developed, tested, certified, or sold by Chengdu Company are not recognized, endorsed, or included in the standard supply scope of the Company. The Company does not provide any global warranty, technical support, or after-sales maintenance services for any products originating from Chengdu Company, and shall bear no business or legal liabilities arising therefrom.

• Basis of Authorization for Global Exclusive Distribution Rights: The authorization status and list of exclusive distribution rights of the Company (RLG Taiwan Headquarters) in global markets shall be solely and legally governed by the information published in real-time on the Company's official website. The Company does not recognize any claims of distribution rights that are not explicitly listed on the official website or backed by the Company's written authorization.
